Happy New Year: 2011 Well, I hope all of you had a Suduko Holiday. I'm afraid we did and have not been able to update the site. It was a big news time for Sudoku world-wide. Here are a couple of things that happened while we were away. 1) MANILA, Philippines - A 14-year-old second year high school student from Bacolod City emerged as the Philippines’ new sudoku grand master at the 5th Philippine Sudoku Super Challenge over the weekend at the SM North EDSA, Quezon City.. Interesting Facts: 1) There are 6670903752021072936960 Sudoku grids 2) Every puzzle has just one correct solution. 3) Howard Garnes, a freelance puzzle constructor, invented it in 1979.
